Leader, Retail Store Operations Singapore

The Leader, Retail Sales Operations Singapore will oversee all aspects of operations for Lixil’s showrooms in Singapore. This role requires a passionate leader capable of delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, managing staff performance, and maintaining the brand's high standards. The incumbent will also play a key role in the strategic development of the store, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring profitability


You Will:

Sales

  • Responsible for driving sales strategies and achieving store targets, without compromising the brand image
  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to boost sales and optimize profitability
  • Develop and implement sales campaigns/events in collaboration with marketing team to drive consumer traffic to the stores

Management

  • Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to meet and exceed performance expectations
  • Conduct performance appraisals and set clear career development paths for team members
  • Deliver outstanding service standards and continuously seek to elevate the in-store experience for customers
  • Handle any escalated customer concerns with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism

Operations

  • Oversee the smooth operation of daily store activities, including opening/closing procedures, procurement and payment reconciliation procedures, and security measures
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock control in alignment with demand
  • Maintain store visual standards in accordance with brand guidelines
  • Develop in-store processes and training plans to optimize operational efficiency

Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local laws
  • Prepare timely and accurate sales, operational, and financial reports for the corporate office

You Have:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of luxury retail operations and high-end customer service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft/Google Workspace and CRM tools
  • Passion for luxury products and trends.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer focus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining brand integrity
