IT Product Manager

General Responsibilities

  1. Product Vision and StrategyDefine the product vision and roadmap based on market research and customer feedback. Align product strategy with business goals and customer needs.
  2. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  3. Market Research and AnalysisConduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor products, and potential customer segments. Utilize data to inform product decisions and adjustments.
  4. User Experience FocusCollaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces. Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product features and usability.
  5. Product Development LifecycleManage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond. Create and prioritize product backlog items and user stories.
  6. Performance MonitoringDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
  7. Demo Creation and PresentationPrepare and deliver product demos to stakeholders, customers, and at industry events. Craft compelling narratives that showcase product features and benefits effectively.

  5. User-Centric ApproachStrong empathy for users, with a focus on creating solutions that meet their needs. Experience in usability testing and gathering user feedback.

Additional Considerations

  • Experience RequirementsTypically, 3-5 years of experience in product management or related fields. Familiarity with industry-specific knowledge may be preferred.
  • EducationA bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, or engineering) is often required; an MBA can be a plus.Require QS500.
