Job Description:
· Working with cross functional senior management and finance community to prepare company budgets and forecasts covering Singapore and Vietnam countries.
· Provide comprehensive analysis and explanations on variance of actual results versus budget / forecast.
· Responsible for delivering insightful analysis, including a Financial Model to support company’s founder/senior executives on their business decision making
· Other duties include preparing quarterly, and yearly financial schedules, financial model reviews as part of financial reporting.
· Provide support for the annual statutory financial statement audit.
· Review/Prepare and file Group GST Return to IRAS and GDT (General Department of Taxation in Vietnam)
· Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
· Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the luxury travel sector.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the young sales team with majority is Vietnamese talents to achieve individual and collective goals.
· Foster a high-performance culture through training, coaching, and performance management.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
· Oversee the development of tailored travel packages that meet the unique needs of luxury travellers, especially Vietnamese high-end guests.
· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client preferences, and competitive landscape.
· Analyse sales data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure alignment on goals and offerings.
· Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
· Minimum 8 years of progressive financial management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within an MNC, preferably in luxury travel or hospitality.
· Fluency in both English and Vietnamese, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Strong leadership and team-building skills.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Passion for travel and understanding of luxury market dynamics.
· Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
