Job description
1. Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer, termination, change in job classifications, and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
2. Handling of proper filling of employees medical leave certificates.
3. Handle of payslips for crews and freelancers.
4. Liaise with MOM for permit/pass application
5. Liaise with MPA/ICA with respect to crew where required
6. Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
7. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock for pantry and manage of meeting room
8. Any ad-hoc tasks given
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in HR or business
- Pass application
- Minimum 2 yrs exp
- Short notice period / immediate
