Job Description:
- Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure the timely filing of GST and other reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and timely submission of monthly CPF filings.
- Oversee the maintenance of office premises, including managing agreements, leasing, and usage.
- Liaise with vendors, such as bankers, auditors, government agencies, and insurers, regarding finance, human resources, and administrative matters.
- Coordinate with contractors for repair and maintenance work.
- Provide support in contacting IT vendors as needed.
- Administer building and office access for users.
- Support HR functions, including payroll processing.
- Manage administrative matters related to company-owned properties.
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- CPA certification is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of MOM laws and regulations.
- Significant experience in accounting is required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
- Comfortable working in a small team environment.
- Good spoken command of English and Mandarin for communication with Chinese stakeholders.
