Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general office administration and office maintenance
- Maintain database and monitor corporate handphone users’ contracts and usage
- Sourcing of supplies and services – office equipment and office maintenance services
- Arrangement flights, hotel reservations and prepare regular reports
- Preparing of admin reports and checking of invoices for processing payment
- Cover duties of the Receptionist as and when required
- Support Supervisor in any other general office administration duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related discipline or Diploma holders with relevant experience may apply
- Have at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin
- Demonstrated strength in multi-tasking, problem-solving, defining needs, visualizing alternatives, working within established budgets, and initiating action to achieve goals
- A resourceful and good team player
- Dynamic and humble with a positive working attitude
