We are looking for a sales and customer services manager to support across a number of our businesses which include printing, framing, and an art gallery.
How will a typical day look?
- You would handle enquiries that come in via Whatsapp, Email, and Phone primarily. There are some customers who walk-in seeking services but the majority are via Whatsapp and Email.
- You would leverage tools and software that we have in place to accurately quote customers.
- You would create and send invoices and ensure payments are made and received.
- You would collate and document order requirements for printing and/or framing production teams.
- Handle some operational elements such as organising couriers for collections/deliveries.
Things to know
- As we do have walk-in customers this role requires you to be physically located at our offices.
- This role cuts across 3 unique companies covering printing, framing and art, but would mostly focus on handling sales and customer service for printing and framing.
- Full training will be provided, but you should be comfortable talking to people as this is critical.
- The process of quoting has been made simple thanks to software and tools we have built over the years.
- There is an opportunity to earn commission in addition to a fixed salary - to be discussed.
- Working expectations would be Tue - Fri [10am - 6pm] and Sat [10am - 5pm].
- The role will work directly with the owners.
