- With experience in Accouting (Quickbooks), familiar with MOM Law (HR) is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial accounts and submit GST filings, etc.
- Ensure compliance and timely submission of monthly CPF filings.
- Manage office premises maintenance including agreement, leasing, usage etc.
- Liaise with vendors (e.g, bankers, auditors, government agencies and insurers and so forth) for finance, human resources, and other administration/corporate matters.
- Liaising with contractors for repairs & maintenance work
- Assist in contacting the IT vendor whenever needed.
- Administering of building & office access for office users
- Assists HR Duties (Payroll, etc)
- Manage the administration/corporate matters of the properties owned by the company.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Degree with related discipline
- CPA Certificate is a plus.
- Good knowledge in MOM laws and regulations
- Strong experience in Accounting.
- Quickbooks experience is a Must
- Comfortable to work in small team
