Job Description:
- Work with various group departments, doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth-running of the clinics' daily operations
- Cover clinic duties, as and when required.
- Oversee and ensure all premises are maintained adequately and meet both regulatory requirements and company operating standards
- Oversee all facilities and support operational matters including the set-up of new clinics and refurbishment or maintenance of some existing clinics and initiatives to enhance the operating efficiency of the clinics.
- Develop an effective process and platform for communication between the clinics and HQ, pertaining to the release of information, instructions, and feedback
- Coordinate with internal departments and external organisations to bring about optimal service processes for the benefit of patients
- Monitor patient feedback & implement interventions to enhance patient service delivery
- 5.5 days work week
- Ad hoc duties given by Cluster Managers and the Management
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Diploma/Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer-service mindset.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Able to multi-task and strive in a fast-paced and matrix organizational structure.
- Proficient with MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
