We are looking for Sales-Oriented individuals who wishes to expand their knowledge and gain credibility working in an employment (maid) agency.
Customer Care Executive (with CEI) (Maid Agency)
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Basic Salary S$2,500 to S$4,500 + High Commission + Incentives + Annual Performance Bonus
Work Week:
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday 11am to 7pm and Saturday / Sunday / PH 11am to 4pm)
Job Scope:
- Attend to walk-in customers
- Manage enquiries, emails and phone calls
- Handle documents and applications
- Conduct and arrange interviews for clients
- Provide after sales support
Requirements:
- CEI certification required
- Related customer service / sales support experience in the industry preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude, approachable team player
- Comfortable with indoor sales
