SMMIS is recruiting a qualified PE Teacher with iGCSE experience to teach whole school, from Pre-Primary to Secondary School students.
The PE Teacher roles:
- To engage students to participate in physical education activities.
- To develop and conduct effective lesson plans to teach PE appropriate for different age group students.
- To plan and implement appropriate PE programmes to support and enhance children's understanding of health, physical exercise and safety.
- Engaging students in fun and healthy sports activities.
- To assess and monitor the performance and progress of each student.
- To conduct after school activities twice weekly.
- To coordinate and oversee after school activities and annual Sports Day.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification from home country.
- Experience in teaching iGCSE PE.
- Relevant qualifications in Sports Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years relevant experience working with a good coaching track record.
- First aid trained with AED certification.
- Must have previous experience working with children with special needs or in a similar capacity preferred.
