Takagi Ramen is a growing FnB chain with 11 outlets currently and a clear vision to become a market leader in Singapore for affordable Japanese Ramen.As a growing company, our work is demanding but for the right candidates, there is rapid career and income growth opportunities.JOB SCOPE (Primary)Conduct QC on food quality, hygiene, shop outlook and adherence to SOPs, inclusive of staff training at outlets.
Cover Ad-hoc Operational Duties such as liaising with suppliers, sending equipment for repair, collecting and displaying marketing materials, overseeing work of contractors and other duties as necessary.
Open new outlets from start to finish according to the company’s expansion plans.
Identify any operational issues, propose systematic solutions and execute approved improvements.
Plan, propose and execute measurable, replicable solutions to improve food consistency, quality and service standards.
Improve Company's Complaints/Compliment (CC) ratio
Work with the management to identify operational inefficiencies to reduce cost and improve profitability.
JOB SCOPE (Secondary)Work with HR department to counsel staff to improve performance, morale and retention.
Oversee scheduling to ensure effective staff allocation including working in the outlets in cases of staff shortages which threaten operational smoothness.
Assist in other Ad-Hoc operational duties including but not limited to liaising with suppliers, sending equipment for repair, collecting and displaying marketing materials, overseeing work of contractors and other duties as necessary.
Work with the Internal Call Centre to identify common complaints and propose control measures to reduce complaint rates.
Ensure logistics team maintains proper stock levels, including efficient delivery of stock from warehouse to outlets.

Conduct CCTV Compliance Checks and investigate breaches.
Develop and Implement New Menus
WORKING HOURS:6 days a week, 10 hours a day.(Weekly schedule subject to change as per operational requirements)Must work weekends.BENEFITS:Annual bonus and Monthly Profit Sharing

Experience or Keen Interest in FnB / Operations line
Class 3 Manual License
Strong Organisational skills
