Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of educational programs and services.
- Ensure that programs are aligned with the institute’s mission and meet the needs of learners.
- Monitor and assess program performance, implementing improvements as necessary
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the institute’s educational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set short-term and long-term priorities for the institute’s programs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of executives, trainers, faculty and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Identify training and development needs for team members and provide appropriate resources and support.
- Develop and enforce standards for program quality and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
- Apply grants and manage budgets for educational programs and initiatives.
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure efficient use of financial and human resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders
- Represent the institute at conferences, meetings, and other events.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in education and learning.
- Initiate and lead new projects to enhance the institute’s offerings and operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and present reports on program performance, financial status, and other relevant metrics.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Director from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in healthcare related educational program management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory / managerial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and management abilities.
