This position will be part of our Global Trading team and will involve managing sales to assigned customer accounts & new Business Development across Asian markets.
The key responsibilities would include:
- Working in partnership with existing customers to grow our current share of business
- Researching business opportunities in Asian markets and identifying new sales leads to sell our products
- Develop knowledge of the key product lines, demand/supply trends and pricing patterns to optimize business.
- Setting growth Oriented Rolling forecasts and Annual business plans and strategic actions to achieve them.
- Identifying & opening up new sales channels in Asian markets and working through these channels to augment growth
- Regular travel (according to safe new norms) to assigned markets for sales and new business generation.
- Effective Customer account Management including Order Management , Receivable Management and Customer Service
- Active Contribution in Sales Process and Digitalization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
This is a front end export Sales position and below is the key requirements for an ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple demands and meet deadlines.
- Self-Starter with a proactive approach towards business growth
- Good negotiation and Sales Closing skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Open for Regional Travel
