- Work with franchisees and their managers to ensure restaurants within the Markets are maintained and developed to the highest standards of product quality, service and cleanliness. Recommend and implement action plans to ensure continued progress in all elements of customer satisfaction and operation excellence (including Win Score – guest satisfaction, FSCC – food safety and ACE – brand standards).
- Act as the liaison between Operations and other departments to provide insights, decision making as required and assistance in the establishment and review of programs including new products, marketing promotions, restaurant controls, procedural compliance and operational training.
- Champion the use of Balance Scorecard to drive “Beat Year Ago” improvement. Support Franchisee operations teams to meet their plan, control and direct activities of the field operations to obtain maximum sales potential and profitability.
- Unit Economics and Profitability – help identify and work with the Franchise teams in improving unit economics and having a sound business model which supports future growth.
- Ensure that all reporting and control procedures in the areas of operational compliance, customer service, management control, production, hygiene, safety, maintenance and general administration are in place and are completed in accordance with Pizza Hut’s global policy and procedures.
- Implement Pizza Hut’s programmes and communicate company strategies and objectives clearly and effectively to franchisees and field personnel.
- Keep informed of Franchisee’s Operations teams’ annual plans on the Key operations focus areas that help drive South Asia’s plans and commitments.
- Maximise sales growth opportunities through operational excellence and effective implementation of marketing promotions.
- Conduct/coordinate the regional Champions Week, including the Champions League (Champs Challenge) and the Champions Club, thereby building the culture and capability of the Franchisee Operations teams.
- Co-ordinate Regional Operations forum/meetings including agenda, meeting logistics and sharing of best practices.
- Promote Corporate Mission, Goals and Values throughout Markets and act as a role model for the advancement of Pizza Hut’s “One System” philosophy.
- Conduct operations training and support role out of regional and corporate Operational initiatives.

Requirements:
- Degree / Masters with 10+ years progressive job experience with significant emphasis on Brand standards, 3rd party vendor management and project management
- Have had experience of working in or with regional roles, potentially in a matrix organization, and of building relationships and influencing across functional lines, as well as the ability to influence, guide and motivate without direct control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (managing large data files, vlookups, pivot tables, breakeven calculations) and Powerpoint
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Quantitative and analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
