Responsibilities
- Carry out general adminstrative duties like generating Quotation, Delivery Order, Invoicing, Putchase Order and flight booking etc
- Assist in managing the phone system by answering incoming calls and taking messages
- Tabulate monthly purchase order and filing
- Assist Customer Service depatment in following uo to customer
Requirements
-Only Singaporean need to apply
- GCE O level, Nitec, High Nitec or ITE in Business Administration
- Good Interpersonal skill, preferable with knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel & Power Point
- Good working attitude and able to work with minimum supervision
