Job Description:
- Ensures that all services and products of Assess & Develop are professionally implemented in the respective region.
- Oversees the global performance, succession, and talent review processess and policies in the respective region.
- Steers, plans and executes global blended learning solutions, talent identification and development, succession planning, career mapping, early career program strategies, performance assessment tools, etc. in the respective region.
- Aligns Assess & Develop strategies and processes with the business to deliver optimal outcomes.
- Contact person for the line managers and talents in the region in all Assess & Develop matters as well as to key stakeholders.
- Expresses regional perspective as well as legal requirements in developing/adjusting global guidelines, policies, products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Familiar with Workday HR System.
- Keen interest in business partnership and achieving results.
- Strong level of customer orientation and understanding customer needs together with analystical and problem solving skills.
