Job Responsibilities:
· Handle data entry, cost checking.
· Inventory reconciliation knowledge.
· Co-ordinate with Logistics staff & 3PL on order priority & delivery schedule priority.
· Maintain complete and proper filing of documentation.
· Ensuring duties are carried out in accordance with internal SOP and enhancing SOP when required.
· Management reports.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: -
· Minimum GCE ‘N’, ‘O’ Level or Equivalent
· 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
· Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & etc)
· Able to work as a team and independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
· Possess positive attitude towards work and team oriented.
· Able to commence work immediately or within short notice will be an added advantage.
