Salary Range: Up to $4,000
Working Hours: 10am to 6pm
Extensions/ overtime are required during events i.e. roadshows, special showroom events which occurs a couple of times every quarterly.
Scheduling or rosters can be arranged, this requirement is daily.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers upon arrival and offering refreshments or assistance.
- Station at the reception desk, point where sales journey start.
- Leading customers to meet with sales representatives.
- Maintaining a presentable showroom, ensuring that customer areas are clean and welcoming.
- Assisting in promotional events or activities related to customer experience.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality preferred.
