About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our clinic operation. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the clinic’s facilities to the highest standards and ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients and staff. As the Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will provide supervision and work on the facilities maintenance of all the clinics and external compound areas.
Job Description
- Perform repairs & general maintenance work on various systems and facilities, including (but not limited to) plumbing & sanitary, air-conditioning, electrical/lighting, painting, and carpentry.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Coordinate with external contractor(s) for maintenance and servicing, renovations and repairs
- Project management/coordination for new and existing clinics
- Accurate and timely completion of maintenance logs, schedules, etc
- Execute software installation and deployment to computing systems
- Troubleshoot and maintain of existing systems and IT equipment
- Providing Logistics support and coordination for clinics, ensuring that the clinics are adequately stocked
Requirements
- Preferably 1-3 years working experience in facilities management and/or IT support
- Class 3 driving licence preferred
- Computer literate and willingness to learn and or adapt to new technology
- Excellent organisation skills, able to meet deadline and detail oriented
- Able to work independently
