Job Description:
This job is to arrange Ships Parts, Ships Stores, technical services and any others required by customers (Ship’s Management Company or Ship’s Owner, Operator) to their ships in worldwide.
- To source for supplier / product marker
- Check incoming e-mail of the customer RFQ
- Prepares request for quotation to possible maker / product supplier (Local / Overseas)
- Check Supplier Quotation & Documents
- Prepare Our Quotation to Customer
- Check & Follow up with customer any ORDER after quotation submitted
- Check the Order sheet after received
- Prepare our Order Sheet to Supplier accordingly
- Prepare Our Delivery Order accordingly
- Ensure Smooth Delivery of Goods on board the ship and verify receipt of the items
- Follow up Supplier Invoice
- Prepare Invoice to Customer
- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents
- Ad-hoc job as requested
Job Requirements:
- Minimum “O” levels / Diploma holders
- Team player, self-driven, taking initiative, enthusiastic
- Good computer knowledge
