Job Overview
SCCIOB is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive in Digital Marketing/Marketing to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to enhance our brand outreach and support our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital platforms, and content creation, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with SCCIOB’s goals to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement.
- Manage the organization's social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), creating and scheduling content that resonates with the target audience.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to boost outreach and conversions.
Content Creation & Management
- Oversee content creation for marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, eDMs, video content, and website updates.
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content for digital platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with SCCIOB’s branding guidelines and messaging.
Search Engine Optimiztion (SEO) & Website Management
- Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and ensure consistent updates to improve the user experience.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement necessary changes to website functionality or design.
Marketing Campaign & Lead Generation
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising to drive brand visibility and generate leads.
- Collaborate with BD and Sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support lead nurturing and business development goals.
- Track and report on campaign performance using data analytics tools and suggest improvements to enhance ROI.
Brand Outreach & Partnership Development
- Identify and pursue opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that align with SCCIOB’s mission and target market.
- Support the team in planning and promoting events, webinars, and training programs that enhance SCCIOB’s market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including media contacts and influencers.
Market Research & Reporting
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance, including metrics for engagement, traffic, lead generation, and ROI.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, SEO, or related fields are a plus.
Work Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing or marketing role, with a focus on brand management and lead generation.
- Proven track record of running successful digital campaigns and managing social media platforms.
- Experience with paid digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Technical Skills
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, website analytics, and content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for basic content creation.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is an advantage.
