We are seeking a passionate and experienced Outlet Manager to lead our Korean restaurant. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service, quality, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a deep appreciation for Korean cuisine and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update the menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards to comply with health regulations and maintain restaurant reputation.
  • Financial Management: Prepare budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to increase profitability while controlling costs.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance, sales, and staff development.
