The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Concierge service, manage telephone calls, walk in queries from students and parents.
2. Attend to the needs of students, e.g., apply simple first aid dressings.
3. Distribute incoming/outgoing mail.
4. Assist in disseminating circulars, documents, items to teachers and staff.
5. Assist with daily office operations such as checking on deliveries, distributing food supplies to needy students in school, liasing with teachers on parents’ queries, following up on student absenteeism and other simple administration tasks such as photocopying and laminating.
6. Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
