We are looking for a Program Manager on a 12-month contract basis to support our project in Singapore.
Role Overview:
Responsible for Overall program delivery based on the agreed roadmap.
· Define & Implement a Program & Project Framework for program (Project & SteerCo Structure, Communication & Reporting Structure, Requirements Approach, Implementation Approach, Deliverables, Metrics, KPIs, Stakeholder mgmt., etc.)
· Define and influence Standard Project Management Templates and Guide Project managers, Delivery Managers.
· Review the Plans / WBS and ensure inter-dependencies are clearly addressed and aligned to program objectives.
· Review and Track budget for the program
· Support program Controller for budget application
· Project Delivery manager Role
· Main Driver for the project accountable for overall project objective delivery.
· Manage platform vendor progress, performance , deliverables quality
· Accountable for respective system development planning (resources, schedule, budget), and execution (design, development, unit/internal tests, vendor management) to deliver on schedule with quality.
· Responsible to ensure to obtain the status update from System Lead
