- Contract: 6 months (extendable convertible)
- Location: Bishan
- Monday - Friday office hour
Job Description:
- Assisting with 360 recruitment duties
- Supporting onboarding duties of employees
- Maintaining Pfiles records
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Maintaining employees Leave records
- Assisting with company events & also take charge with office supplies
- Assisting with employees trainings
- Support HR projects and initiatives
- Other adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think, and problem-solve.
- Working knowledge of HRIS software can be helpful. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Eye for design and proficiency in photo and video editing tools (i.e. Canva, etc.).
