The Services required are set out as follows:
1.Be in the Teacher’s Preparation Room and food laboratories during
working hours
2.Ordering of food ingredients before lesson
3.Preparation of ingredients before lessons, ensuring food is prepared
and handled safely
4.Maintaining cleanliness of utensils, equipment and food laboratories
areas
5.Handling inventory and stock taking of resources e.g. books, utensils
and equipment.
6.Assisting the teacher during practical session e.g. ensuring that
students observe safety rules, guiding students in preparation skills
Administration – Checking and filing of invoices and keeping track of
the cost of the ingredients
7. Any other duties relating to the food laboratories assigned by NFS
teachers, HOD/Craft and Technology and the School leaders.
