Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers upon entrance
- Acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information
- Understanding customer’s needs and directing them to sales consultant or service advisor
- Answer the phone and make appointments, take and distribute messages or mail, and redirect calls
- Generate showroom reports and maintain leads database
- Provide support to marketing activities and events
- Ensure the showroom is in pristine condition
- Any other tasks assigned by the superior
- Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
Requirements:
- Preferably with at least NITEC in Service Skills or relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of experience as a concierge or customer service ambassador
- Candidates with Automotive industry experience is preferred
