Oversee outlet sales, operations, marketing and processes with a view to growing revenues.
· Lead, manage and motivate a team of customer service consultants and therapists to achieve their goals.

· Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback and coaching on an ongoing basis. Implement measures to improve performance measures.
· Maintain effective communications with management to ensure smooth and compliant operations of all outlets.
· Work closely with the outlets on the execution of sale and promotional activities.
· Handle customers' feedback/complaints, provide service recovery effectively.
· Periodically review, maintain and update policies.
