Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist in the coordination of corporate functions and events including logistical arrangements
- Provide support to the various departments
- Establish and maintain good relationships with both local and overseas clients
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in related industry
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Substantial administration experience in related industry
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is essential, as you will need to liason with our International Partners
- Willingness to travel overseas, including destinations in Africa, as part of your job responsibilities
