Responsibilities:
- Develop workforce deployment plans to enhance productivity in line with organizational goals.
- Work closely with department heads on talent management and employee hiring activities.
- Perform business partnering to management team in reviewing development initiatives.
- Provide sourcing strategies and hiring advices to respective department heads.
- Assist hiring managers in candidate selection processes.
- Assist in enhancing onboarding programs.
- Identify learning and development needs.
- Provide guidance on performance management policies and processes.
- Assist in cascading performance goals to employees.
- Support talent review sessions to identify high performers.
- Guide senior management in implementing succession plans.
- Assist senior management in implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Regulate labor relations to promote harmony at work and advance organizational objectives.
- Gather employee feedback on organization development initiatives.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 – 6 years of HR Business Partner experience.
- Prior experience in using SAP SuccessFactors system will be an added advantage.
