Job Responsibilities
Information & Referral / Pre-admission of client (student)
a) Provide information & referral service on AWWA School's program and the application & admission process to SPED schools.
b) Provide information and assistance to enquiries for families requiring social worker's assistance and intervention
Administrative Functions
a) Maintain administrative system for record updates
b) Assisting Head of Department & Social Workers through timely and accurate provision of information and data compilation for report and / or statistical submissions to funding agencies
c) Providing administrative and logistical support to Department's programs and events
Other Responsibilities
a) Providing support to School/ AWWA wide events
b) Providing guidance to new department staff and/or social work field placement students in administrative processes
c) Undertake any other duties as directed by Head of Department, Principal, CEO or management
