Responsibility:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food catering services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all food preparation and service processes meet quality standards, are carried out efficiently, and comply with safety and hygiene regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, servers, and catering assistants to ensure smooth operation of food preparation and service.
- Oversee the preparation of food to meet high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Work closely with clients to ensure their catering needs, from menu selection to setup, are fully met.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely ordering to avoid shortages and wastage.
- Ensure all catering staff comply with food safety and hygiene standards through regular inspections.
- Plan and organize catering schedules, including staff rosters and transportation to event locations.
- Address and resolve issues like food shortages or customer complaints during events efficiently.
- Prepare daily reports on catering activities, including staff performance, inventory usage, and customer feedback.
- Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
- Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
- Able to work rotate shift and overtime.
Working Location: BEDOK NORTH

Requirement:

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
