Responsibilities
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will analyze business needs and operational workflows to implement technological solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365) aimed at reducing manual processes and enhancing efficiency for local and international subsidiaries. Key responsibilities include:
- Business AnalysisIdentify business requirements and challenges to develop applications that add value
Collaborate with end-users to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for workflow enhancements
Convert end-user requests into technical specifications
- Microsoft 365 Apps ImplementationOffer expertise and support to end-users on utilizing Microsoft 365 apps for improved efficiency
Automate manual processes by designing and developing applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, MS Flows/Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to schedule development and implementation of business applications
Conduct end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and user support
Maintain and update developed applications and create user guides for knowledge retention
Provide technical training to enhance staff skills in Microsoft 365 tools and other systems
Requirements
- No prior work experience required, but must have the necessary skill sets
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, SharePoint Online, and AppSheet is essential
- Proficient in workflow automation using Power Automate is a must
- Familiarity with Business Process Automation, Procurement, and Accounting Systems is a plus
- Holding any of the following Microsoft Certifications is advantageous: MS-900, PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500, and/or PL-600
Additional Information
- Replacement position
- Office location: Pandan Road
- Working hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
- Company transport provided from Clementi MRT (one-way)
- 3-month probation period
- No AWS; performance bonus based on company profitability and individual merit (historically a minimum of 1 month)
- Annual leave: 15 days (increases to 17 days after 5 years of service and 19 days after 10 years)
- Dental benefits: $250 per year
- Full medical fee reimbursement based on the company's designated GP (excluding pre-existing and chronic conditions)
- Medical leave adheres to the Employment Act
