Our client is a logistics and supply chain company specializing in air freight services. They are looking for a Operations and Reservation Executive to assist their Facilities team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at East of Singapore– easily accessible. The Finance Officer is responsible for:
Duties
- Assist customers with daily cargo bookings and manage the administration of these bookings, including entering flight reservations into the system and issuing airway bills.
- Plan the daily flight load to optimize capacity and efficiency.
- Ensure the smooth uplift of shipments by tracking cargo movement, conducting warehouse checks, and overseeing operations at the tarmac.
- Address customer claims for missing or damaged cargo and handle any queries related to reservations. Provide timely follow-up with customers to resolve issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Min 1 year of working experience in the related field, e.g. airline operations, ground operations, logistics etc.
- Min “O” & “N” Levels.
