- Able to streamline all daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to planned timeline and quality across all departments on projects and tasks
- Able to communicate with people throughout the organization, to solve problems and improvise as needed, and adept at estimating and managing time for a variety of tasks
- Be part of the Operations Team in developing, planning, and coordinating all Operational activities at the Assembly area
- Able to develop and implement BU-wide quality control measures, and recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations
- Oversee all inventory management practices and improve them as and when necessary
- Order supplies and manage inventory, coordinating with Supply Chain (sourcing, purchasing and logistics) as and when required
- Coordinate all shipment arrangements internally and externally
- Undertake any other administrative or technical assignments as assigned
Qualifications
- Candidate must process at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering or an equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of working experience (Operational or similar role in a Manufacturing Environment)

- Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management Software.
