Our Client Profile:
Embark on a culinary journey with us at our Japanese Izakaya/Omakase style restaurant in the heart of Tanjong Pagar/Outram Park area. We are seeking one dedicated part-time service crew member to help bring authentic flavors of Japan to Singapore. This role is ideal for those who have a foundation in F&B services and are eager to further their culinary expertise in a vibrant and fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and guide them to their tables
- Taking orders and delivering food and beverages to customers
- Preparing simple dishes if required (e.g. house salad)
- Assist with setting up the tables and clearing any dirty plates and utensils
- Offer recommendations regarding the menu should enquired
- Communicate order details to kitchen staff
- Attend to cash register if needed
- Maintain cleanliness and order, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an F&B, preferably with exposure to Japanese cuisine.
- Able to work evening shifts
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
