The Services required are set out as follows:
Concierge Service
Manage telephone calls and walk-in queries from students and parents.
Student Assistance
Attend to the needs of students, including applying simple first aid dressings.
Mail Management
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
Circular Dissemination
Assist in disseminating circulars, documents, and items to teachers and staff.
Daily Office Operations
Assist with daily office operations, including:
Checking on deliveries.
Distributing food supplies to needy students.
Liaising with teachers on parents’ queries.
Following up on student absenteeism.
Performing simple administrative tasks such as photocopying and laminating.
General Administrative Duties
Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Personnel Deployment Hours
Mondays to Fridays (5 hours per shift):
Receptionist 1: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Receptionist 2: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Service Exclusions:
Service not required during school holidays (March, May/June, September, November/December) and on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel
Minimum Requirements:
a. Qualification: Minimum GCE “N” Level.
b. Skills: Ability to multi-task and work independently. Good communication skills.
c. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and/or administration work.
Preferred Qualifications:
a. First-Aid certification.
b. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email systems, and internet).
Additional Advantage:
Personnel with prior working experience in schools would be an added advantage.
