Job Description
=============
- Create a Purchase Order
- Keep track of orders to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure the quantity and quality of received items
- Verify vendor’s invoice with purchase order and delivery order
- Discuss product quality concerns and any other inconsistencies with suppliers.
- Monitor warehouse stock inventory level to ensure sufficient stock available
- Maintain updated records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times.
- Communicate with suppliers on documentation like (MSDS, product spec, etc.)
- Conduct a weekly inventory check
- Participate in the Annual Stocktake
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior
Requirement

- Certificate in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Min 1 year in manufacturing environment
- A team player with positive attitude
- Meticulous and Fast learner
- Able to work independently
