First announced in September 2020 and valued at S$3.2 billion, the merger of Aviva Singapore and Singlife was the largest insurance deal in Singapore then and created one of the largest homegrown financial services companies in the republic.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform risk assessment and underwrite life, health, and long-term care insurance applications in accordance with Singlife’s philosophy, risk culture and guidelines and within the agreed TAT.
  • Maintain high level of service quality for a positive customer experience and achieve Net Promoter Score. Provide any necessary support to Distribution channels and maintain positive relationship with partner firms.
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks in relation to strengthen underwriting quality control, governance, customer experience, efficiency gain & automation etc.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management controls, corporate policies, procedures, and underwriting guidelines.
