About this work

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Administrative Procurement with a background in construction materials procurement. The ideal candidate will assist with purchasing essential materials, including nails, wood, steel, and other construction supplies, while also providing administrative support to the procurement and construction teams.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Reviews Purchase Request (PR) and ensures timely Purchase Order (PO) execution in the ERP system
  • To address inquiries or requests from customers/suppliers and prioritise on outstanding order
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into ERP systems, maintaining up-to-date procurement records.
  • Coordinate shipments with both local and international vendors, including coordinating with freight and courier services based on delivery guidelines
  • Responsible for sourcing materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment in line with specifications.
  • Maintain an organized procurement workflow, ensuring all procurement requests comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Support procurement-related reporting and analysis, including spend tracking and budget monitoring.
  • Manages vendors to meet objectives in the area of quality, safety and environmental aspects
  • Maintains good vendors’ relationships to develop long-term relationship across the supply chain。

Qualification:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Purchase Requisition Process (PRP) and procurement workflows.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on procurement.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (ERP).
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to think strategically and execute creatively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
