First Fun is a dynamic mobile game development company dedicated to creating innovative and engaging gaming experiences. We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee with a background in legal or finance to join our team and assist our COO in various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the COO: Assist the Chief Operating Officer in daily operations, including project management, strategic planning, and business development initiatives.
- Data Management: Maintain organized records of legal and financial documents. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including game development, marketing, and HR, to gather necessary information and support various projects.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the gaming industry.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing communications.
- Project Management: Support the planning and execution of various projects by coordinating schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring that deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to allocate resources effectively and report on project status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with project management principles, either through coursework, internships, or extracurricular activities. Knowledge of tools like Trello, Asana, or Lark is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
