- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for infection control, safety, and quality assurance.
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current on nursing practices and procedures.
- Uphold ethical and legal standards of nursing practice and maintain patient confidentiality.
