- Possess a recognized degree/diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least five years of relevant experience in building projects.
- Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team.
- Good knowledge of applicable codes/regulations and Authorities’ requirements relating to M&E services, building construction and safety.
- Provide the M&E schedule to tie with the Master Schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate all M&E works.
- Coordinate for RI(M&E) Inspection and TOP.
- Liaise with consultants, NSCs, DSCs and authorities on M&E matters.
- Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risks.
- Produce the coordinated services drawings (CSD).
