As Asia End User Computing Manager, you will own the modern digital workplace services for Sephora offices and stores across 11 countries.

Strategic Vision: You will design and build modern workplace landscape for Sephora Asia users, Influence business and IT stakeholders on the choice of the technologies and drive adoption.
- Technology adoption: You will lead digital workplace engineering team drive technology adoption, new or existing with end users in offices and stores.Implement new services and projects, roll out solutions and support the run post implementation.
- Provide direction and act SME in the digital workplace domain topics to your team and wider Sephora IT team such as ecommerce team.
- Take ownership of the technical issues and act as liaison between Sephora Global, LVMH and local IT/users to drive resolution from end to end.
- Provide BAU support on digital enabler solutions such as Workspace 1, Office365, Proofpoint, Google Workspace, Zoom etc
- Recommend best solution and get buy ins from stakeholders, technology, or implementation methodology, to drive digital transformation journey.
Vendor Management: Partner with vendors chosen for various solutions and drive digital workplace solution excellence by closely monitor various vendor performance.
We would love to hear from you if…
- Minimum 8 years of experience leading a team of engineers and vendor management to provide end user computer services to a dynamic environment
- Have in depth knowledge with Microsoft technologies such as AD, Azure AD, Windows, Office365 etc and other digital enable technologies such as Workspace One, MacOS etc
- Hands on experience with imagine creation, scripting, and software packaging for Windows, Mobile devices, and MacBook etc.
- Have experience in driving large scale end point migration projects, familiar with change management process and stakeholder management.
