Job Description
- Oversee entire kitchen / operations
- Control and direct the food preparation process and ensure quality of all food served meets company’s standards. Revise SOPs for the longer
- Analyse customers’ feedback to improve food quality
- Oversee and ensure compliance hygiene, sanitation and safety standards
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
- Create new seasonal dishes and menus
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels
- Maintain food cost margins
- Efficient manpower planning and rostering
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of culinary experience in a Chinese restaurant setting with 3 years of supervisory experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders
- Extensive food knowledge and creativity
- Possess excellent communicate and management skills
- Decisive and critical thinker with strong leadership skills
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work weekends & PH
- Able to work split shifts
- Possess a cheerful disposition and willingness to learn
