- Provide technical support and solutions to sales team and customers from pre-sale through installation and implementation for Evoqua products and projects
- Provide technical support to sales during proposal phase by assessing technical information and tender specifications, identifying the right solution that fulfil customer needs; Analyze customer requirements and illustrate how our solutions can provide value and support their organization
- Serves as key technical interface with customer, provides training to other engineers on business processes and technical applications, Promote Evoqua technologies / solutions at trade shows and conduct trainings / seminars/ technical presentations to end users and distributors
- Effectively communicates proposed technologies / solutions to internal and external customers
- Must work with a sense of urgency to configure technical solutions for customers and ensure successful customer integration. Answer client questions on product functionality and usage and solve sales support problems
- Work in partnership with sales team to strategize sales approaches and ensure attainment of sales quotas. Understand specific client systems/equipment requirements in order to identify additional sales opportunities to provide to the sales team

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Environmental, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Well versed in products such as Electro-chlorination and water treatment processes
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a technical support role for water / wastewater treatment product
