Sales Support Executive (International trade / Manufacturing industry)

- Working days: 5 days [ Mon - Fri ], Hybrid working is Negotiable
- Working hours: 9am - 6pm
- Salary: SGD $2,900 - $3,200

Job responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
- Key Account Management.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Such as logistics, procurement, and finance) to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports for management and clients.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing service and support.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating to the sales manager when necessary.
Sales Analysis and Reporting.
- Assists in tracking sales performance, preparing monthly sales reports, and analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant information.
Marketing Support
- Support marketing activities by coordinating with the marketing team for profuct launches, events, and promotions.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and samples to customers.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient inventory is available to meet customer demand.
- Assist in managing inventory records and reconciling discrepancies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in the trading, distribution, or related industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP/CRP systems.
- Knowledge of the composites, chemicals, or building materials industry is an advantage.
