The Role
- Store Operations: Opening and closing the store, managing assortments, overseeing inventory, manage department sales and profitability to meet budgetary goals
- Staff Management: Rostering staff, planning labour, and training team members.
- Cost and Inventory Management: Monitoring and managing store operating costs, inventory and shrinkage.
- Merchandising: Executing and maintaining merchandise display benchmarks.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work safety and food safety processes are followed.
- Customer Interaction: Handling customer feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all operational, food safety, hygiene, and health and safety guidelines
- Administrative Duties: Overseeing store administration tasks
About You
- Comfortable working on a 6 days’ work week schedule with rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
- Willing to stand for long hours and enjoy interacting with customers
- Able to carry 10-15 kg products
- Relevant experience in the Retail/F&B industry will be an added advantage
