What you'll do:
As a Trade Client Services AVP, your role will be pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will manage a diverse portfolio of Equity & Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all operational matters. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you handle client queries promptly and appropriately. You will also coordinate with internal teams across various regions to provide comprehensive coverage and support for our global clientele. Your role will extend beyond operations as you partner with the Prime Brokerage Account Management/Sales team to provide insightful analysis and broker reviews. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate our cutting-edge client interface systems to clients in-person. Your innovative thinking will be crucial in identifying ways to streamline operational tasks and enhance our Straight-Through-Processing (STP) capabilities.
- Manage a portfolio of Equity & Foreign Exchange Prime Brokerage clients
- Act as the main point of contact for all operational matters
- Handle client queries in an appropriate and timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams across APAC, EMEA and US to provide coverage and support for global clients
- Provide analysis and broker reviews in partnership with Prime Brokerage Account Management/Sales
- Demonstrate client interface systems to clients in-person
- Support new product/market introductions to clients
- Identify and streamline operational tasks to ensure high level of Straight-Through-Processing (STP)
- Produce client and management reporting metrics
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Trade Client Services AVP position brings a wealth of experience in client-facing roles. Your strong communication skills and ability to manage other teams will ensure the resolution of queries in a timely manner. You are self-motivated, able to work independently, and know when to escalate issues. Your excellent time management skills enable you to handle high volume and time-sensitive client queries effectively. You demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving and can work under pressure in a team environment, potentially managing multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously. A solid understanding of Markets Operations Trade lifecycle with ideally a focus on FX, Settlements & Corp Actions is essential for this role.
